BEWARE: These guys are not professionals. I had a fridge that wasn't circulating the cold air properly. The repair guy changed my defrost heater and thermostat and charged me $300.00 for the parts and labor. The fridge still did not cool properly. It turned out the true culprit was the Evaporator motor was bad. I had to tell the repair guy this so he changed the motor and I was charged the part. A couple days later, the Evaporator motor started making this loud whirring noise. I called the repair guy and left voicemail messages but no reply. Finally, I had to call his boss. Another technician was dispatched 1 month later and wanted to charge me an additional $150.00 to replace the evaporator motor, even though on the original invoice it stated "1 year warranty for all parts installed." These guys are a bunch of crooks. They said the "new" warranty with the new technician only covered the parts. They try to find a way so that it is not their fault.
