unprofessional customer follow up and most of all, terrible equipment.

In January 2005, this company replaced my working thermostat in my dental office based on a rebate program offered by Edison.When I called them to ask why the one they replaced it with was not working, they replied that they were "finished with that project" and hang up twice on me.That was very rude and so unprofessional. I will certainly not refer people to do business with such poor customer care.When I asked who was the owner of this company in order to express my frustration, they refused to give me further information and hang up on me for the third time. Terrible!
