Management changed without notice to tenants. Management drives around in personal vehicle at night and harasses tenants. Also gives rules and regulation amendments to tenants in a personal "pick and choose" way. New maintenance is the managements brother who does no maintenance around park, just recieves free rent. Manager verbally claims to be cleaning park, the only evictions i personally witnessed were any tenant with children or tenant under a certain age. Manager tells people they have to work for the park to stay with a tenant. PLEASE do not move here.

This place looks terrible. There's trash everywhere, amateur fences and trailer repairs look awful. There's a roofless building in the center of the park that should be used for something rather than just being a poorly boarded hazard. Someone needs to set some standards for this park and stand by them. As a child this place was great. It needs a lot of work but this place could be nearly as good as the mobile home park across the street if people would actually put some work into it instead of letting it rot.

Ive lived in trailer parks all over this city and others. This is one of the better ones. Its within walking distance to most everything you can use and its well managed. If I ever have to move itll only be to a bigger place IN this park.

This park is a great place to live in, I've lived here since 2007,And now manage it,we have lots of trees and grass and freindly people, And the light rail is right next door, and good eats down the street
