Provided by YPmobileThese people suck! I understand having to do a job and I also know that it is not their fault I fell behind on my car payments. Ok take the car I'm not mad but after awaking to find the car gone I had to track down who took it and once I found out the company Apex I contacted them about getting my belongings back it took me 3 days and numerous calls to finally speak to someone and they informed me it was going to cost $250 for storage in my personal property. When I said good luck with that the guy I spoke with put me on hold for about 4 minutes and proceeded to tell me they would take $50. Being as I no longer had a vehicle I could not drive the 60+ miles to go get my stuff. Here's why they suck. State laws governing repossession require them to send or deliver written notice of repossession as well as an itemized list of personal belongings that they have removed from the vehicle within 48 hrs. If the repossession takes place on a weekend they have 72 hrs. It has been over 1 1/2 months and I have not received a single piece of paper from them. I am not disgruntled about the car being taken but I do not like people attempting to rip me off and then not following the law. If it were not for the time and more money I would have sued them.
