I have never been in the salon yet I have called 4 times to make appointments. I have always gotten an answering machine and 1 time I received a call back (Not immediately though.) The people who work here must take their job as a hobby as they really are abysmal with customer service and I didn't even get into the shop!

I love my hair color and cut. I got color from Jennifer and she also cut it. I love it so much. First time anyone has even listened! Staff is great fun, we all had a great time.
