Great store with tons of things to browse, love the deli and the desserts. Always friendly staff to help.

My family moved into this area a few months ago and this is the closest grocery store to us. I was leary at first because I thought this store would be to expensive or the employees would be snobby but that isn't the case at all. The customer service at this store is amazing. I'm a mom of three and the employees here always help me to the car, which is great because I'm one of those people that don't like asking for help. They always offer and don't make me feel like I'm putting them out. The employees here really seem like they like their jobs which makes it a nice place to shop. The ladies in the bakery sometimes offer my kids a little cookie while we shop, the lady at the "Hot Wok" always tells me how cute my baby is and strikes up conversation, the deli sandwiches are delicious, the checkers are friendly, the produce guy is so helpful, and even the people at the self check line don't get irritated with me when I require their help multiple times on the same transaction. People in the store chat with myself and the kids and are genuinely nice people. I've always received great advice and help at this store and couldn't really ask for more. The prices are in line with the other stores and if you shop the ad it's about the same as discount grocery stores. Bel Air has a reputation of being higher priced but I have found it to be quite reasonable especially considering the service you get.
