I was asking for them to replace the carpets for a year and they didn't until I moved out and they charged me $1000 for new carpet and remodeling the kitchen in addition to keeping my deposit! Then they raised the rent $250 after I moved! There were always police cars and helicopters flying over head! There were several drug dealers that lived there and several people in the back were broken in by thieves while they were there! It was a good deal when I moved in and I was safe because my apartment was near the managers office, but anywhere else is unsafe!
