Love this place I have brought my car here several times for different things always fixed fast and at a good price .

Like the previous review, I took my 2001 Ford Ranger to Brake Masters #131 for a transmission flush and free AC check.



I am hoping since I paid for the transmission flush, it will go better than the Free AC Check because the next time I drove my truck, I had absolutely NO AC. Note that was less than 5 miles and two days later.



It gets better, they promised to fix it, made an appointment for today, (July, 17, 2015).



Well they called back after hours and said the manager was only an assistant and he had no authority to authorize the repair. The manager then said he would call his district manager and "work" to get the repair approved. Thirty minutes later he called and said they were not going to fix my AC.

According to Brake Masters manager Owen, the results of the AC Check showed my AC was operating well within factory specs. It blew 42 degrees at the vent and had proper high and low side pressure. He did mention it had a "little noise" and that I should "watch it just in case".

Well "just in case" happened the next time I drove the truck.



So this company broke my AC, promised to fix it and then reneged. They are straight out of the "Auto Repair Shop Book Of Scam Artists".



Avoid at all costs, if they don't cheat you, they will break something so they can.

went in for oil change they recommend I change 2 belts so I agreed they broke a bolt on my engine and what should of took 2 hours turned into a full day and they were gonna keep it overnight but found the part when I got my car back it has made noise that wasn't there before and I wasn't compensated in any way for their mistakes. my car is in worse condition than before dont go here please save yourself the trouble
