The California Department of Aging provides services to senior citizens and adults with disabilities in California. It is a part of the California Health and Human Services Agency and offers supportive and in-home services and congregate and home-delivered meals. It maintains various multipurpose senior health care centers in California. The department also administers a program for community service employment of senior citizens and individuals with disabilities.
