I was contacted by CSB about a collection. I tried to work out w/the original service provider who then sent my account to collections. This bill went to my insurance co. w/o noting I paid co pay. Regardless, I did not appreciate your customer service person stating that my insurance company was billed and paid $39,000 and I only owe $226.02.Why did she make this statement, what is the point? $226.02 amount and the fact I did not follow through w/my commitment to pay CBS is the only subject in question. What was her point to mention $39,000; her response being that I should appreciate that my insurance paid so much of the bill. I agree with CSB holding people accountable, but why bring my personal business to the conversation and make personal judgments about my personal business. I feel violated.

I was sent to collections for a hospital bill because my insurance denied my claim. This company went above and beyond to help me get my insurance to pay and also took the negative reporting off my credit right away!! they actually educated me on my insurance, i am very thankful... Mary B
