I am a return customer to this store. The last purchase was happy and transaction was very smooth.



This time, the installation is excellent. However, there were concern of damaging carpets in 2 different locations.



As soon as the issue escalated to their management, Capitol Discount Tile took the initiatives to contact me and has done exceptional job on corrective action. They provided me with alternatives to resolve my concerns, and they took care of the issues. Person-in-charge, Brandon has done beyond my expectation, provided me with extra materials for me to repair the cracked bathroom culture marble. He assures me this incident is only due to mis-communication and they have every intention to do the best for their customer like they have done in the past. I am completely satisfy with the results and their actions, and I would like to express my appreciation to his team.
