We bought a car my husband wanted here. After he signed. We got only one key was told the had 3. No mats. Spare tire worn out. Dirty car and only a quarter of a tank of gas. Disappointed because when we pointed these things out they said you only get those things with new cars. Shady dealings. Shady character.

I bought my used Corolla at Car Expo Auto Center in November and it was one of the easiest and most satisfying purchases I've ever made.

I started online, found the car I wanted and made an appointment for a test drive. I met Suhill, the sales rep, once I arrived at the dealership and he immediately took me out to the Corollas with the specs I noted. Sat inside and checked out the fresh-smelling interior and then Suhill put the keys in my hand so I could take a spin. I had done all my research beforehand so I really only needed to know how the car felt when on the road. If you know Toyotas, you know they're good cars and, at this point, I was just looking for the right price. He got me the best deal which was fair seeing that Toyotas don't lose value. No Back and forth just strait to the point. THE BEST DEALERSHIP EVER YOU MUST GO TO CAR EXPO AUTO CENTER!!!!!!

I'll start with five stars, Buying a used car from a dealer is always a scary thing. As we all know , trust is something we all lose when we grow up. I was looking for a used car on craigslist's and this is how I have found Car Expo Suhill had one specific car that caught my eye , I called him and setup to meet him at his location the day after. The car was 1998 Acura TL and looked amazing to me . I did a short test drive and told Suhill I'm buying it, I also told him that I know nothing about cars so whatever he says about the car I take as is.Telling him that , did not go against me , actually the opposite . Suhill showed me the car fax but told me about all the issues that this car had that not showing in the car fax. He told me about all the issues that he think I might need to change like battery and other stuff but the thing is I felt that he was very honest in regards to say the things they are without trying to convince me to buy. even though it was a "buy as is" Suhill was very specific about all issues. SO I bought the car the day after and took it to Acura mechanics to give me his opinion. I know whatever he finds it will be too late for me but I just wanted to know for my peace of mind. The mechanics tested the car for about an hour and told me the same things Suhill told me . this car in amazing ! Because Suhill told me everything he know about the car , I had no bad surprises and this made me very happy. I hope I will be rich one day so I don't have to buy used cars, but until this happen ,Suhill at Car Expo will be the only place I will go to buy a used car.

What a disgrace of a dealer. Poorly run. Poor customer service. Poor management. I had my car checked out before buying it and everything appeared to be okay. 100 mile off the car lot the check engine light came on and I found out 3 of the 4 catalytic converters were not working and the cost to repair to pass SMOG would be $4600. I also found that the car had only passed the emissions test 354 miles ago and the car computer had been cleared. After contacting the dealer they said it was not their problem. I then contacted both the DMV and Bureau of Automotive Repair and they suspect something shady going on. I beleive Car Expo falsified the last emissions test so as the car would pass, giving false information to DMV for registration which is a felony and I hope the Bureau of Automotive Repair can help me prove it. DO NOT TRUST CAR EXPO, they are a disgrace of a dealer. Poorly run. Poor customer service. Poor management.

Wow. I really wish I would've ...

Wow. I really wish I would've looked at reviews of this place before going there because they're all true. Absolutely terrible customer service, I was standing by the car I was interested in for 25 MINUTES!!!! Nobody came out to see if I needed help, I even walked in a couple times to see if anybody could help me and they just ignored me. They are schemers and con artists. The car I was looking at had a few scratches and the gas tank lid wouldn't close and the trunk hatch didn't close quite correctly, but I still wanted it to fix it and see if i could get a deal on it. They were asking $100 dollars over Blue Book value...that's the value if the car was in excellent condition which it clearly was not. When someone finally came out to help me I asked for money off and he laughed at me. I wasn't laughing. I explained that he clearly had a used car and that the price was too high and he sarcastically dropped the price down $5, keeps laughing and then tells me to have a nice day and walks away, (all of this while being on his cell phone) a**hole. DONT EVER GO HERE! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! YOU WILL HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE! YOU WILL REGRET YOUR VISIT!

Zero honesty - Post purchase review

This dealer doesn't deserve even a star. What a disgrace of a dealer. Poorly run. Poor customer service. Poor management. Even a saint will want to curse these ppl out just for being in their area.

This is first time am writing a negative review about a Car dealer, Bought a vehicle from this place, few things I learnt after purchasing a vehicle.

Manzoor - Very nice @ first, gave me the car without Gas to test drive, I filled the gas for trying it, this guy is very talented and have perfected the art of cheating people and tricking them by sweet talk. he literally dragged on the negotiating process as long as possible in the hopes of wearing me down and confused me with even more numbers.

He did not even ran my credit, without filling the contract he got my signatures,

my bad I was totally mesmerized, yes I did it. he speaks something, and something else is in the contract. Total lies...

About the dealer and his partner (I believe) - in-spite of reading the reviews about this dealer in yp, went there, obviously, lost peace of mind. first of all they do not speak proper English, the guy in the dealer place was yelling at me, when I was there 2nd time (after realizing), literally said, am going out "leave the place" or else I will call the "towing company" perfectly on 2nd day of selling his car, I was waiting in his 'so called' office room, he made me to go out by screaming at me, then was waiting in the lot, he called towing company, closed the place and already out, just for selling a car, he literally closed his place This is the way he does Business.

No wonder in few days, you can see ppl having boards saying "Do not buy car here"

Buy Car here: if you want to be cheated/loose money/time/ peace of mind/etc...

Reason to recommend this place: if you want to take revenge on somebody then do it.

I didnt buy a car from them and they were still rude.

First off if your a woman expecting to be treated fair by them walk away or never step foot on their property, (its true how they see women in their culture). First issue customer service sucks and they really dont speak much english, except for leave or ill call the cops and cursing you under their hand or in foreign language. Now the guys they have selling the cars are true con artist they have the bait and push tactic from the get go. They have below kbb prices to suck you in, but really its just to push the piece of crap on you before it fails on them and yes they leave the cars on empty so you cant take it far to really test them out. Then when you get back and decide you dont like the car they try and strong arm you into buying it by listing all the stuff they have on it. So when you ask for a carfax which i understand isnt required for lots to be provided (yet when it says on the window sticker carfax avalible) they start giving excuses or divert your attention to the oil change they did on it or brakes they recently did. I wont go into details about the car i was looking at but suffice to say it was obvious it was in a collision from all the poor refininshing work done on it and they just flat out play on the lie like it wasnt there. Very deceptive and dishonest business practice and very rude for the remarks made at me. In the end when things didnt go as they wanted and I voiced my opinion of their actions they told me to get out or the cops would be involved. Will not be looking for cars from that general area, they're co-oping with other lots. Check reviews before going!

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

OMG! I cannot stress enough for people to NOT buy from this car dealership. They are downright rude, unprofessional and don't give a freaken care about their customers. My husband and I bought a Honda from them and paid them to do the paperwork and registration. It took them 2 months to do something and in the end, we had to do all the work that we paid them to do. Everytime we called them, they had a different story about it and said they would call back. After many phone calls, the owner said that he doesn't want to deal with us anymore and that he had already sent us the paperwork. Well, when I keep trying to tell him that I never got it, he was totally rude and yelling at me that I didn't pay him enough to do the paperwork. We cashed out a $7000 car from him so I don't know why he thinks I didn't pay him enough. Not only that, when we bought his car, it was out of gas and he didn't even want to pump any gas for us. After much pushing for him to fuel the car, he finally gave us just $10 to fuel the car(after we paid in full for his car). I wanted to walk away but husband was too nice. The next day, the car's brakes were unstable and we had to take it in to get almost $400 dollars in repairs done. When I called the jerk about the registration, he yelled at me to stop calling him and hung up on me. I called him back and he continued to hang up on me and I still continued to call him back. So when he picked up again, I told him I was going to bring him his car back and call the news about him. He yelled at me and said, go ahead and hung up. So I went to his place and demanded he give me the registration. His stupid relatives who barely spoke any english started argueing with me and told me I had to leave. They lied that they had already sent me the paperwork but I never got anything. I told them I am bringing their car back and they just laughed and said that its too bad that they won't take it back. THESE PEOPLE ARE REALLY AWEFUL PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE BUT TO CON YOU OF YOUR MONEY. MAKE SURE YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU EVEN GO SEE THEIR CARS. THE REASON THEY SELL CHEAP CARS IS BECAUSE THE CARS ARE BROKEN CARS AND THEY ARE RUDE PEOPLE. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Anyone who's been scammed by these jerks should report them too and close them down!

OMG! Me too!

I bought a used car from them. The second we drove off the lot, the car started to fall apart. The Owner wouldn't refund us our money and was so damn rude. He wouldn't even talk to us after that. He refused to take our phone calls and told us that if we came to his dealership, he'd call the cops on us. We had to fix up the car and sell it off. These people are so rude and scams people for a living. Plus it wasn't 5 months later that we finally were able to get the car registered. BEWARE!!! DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR BROKEN CARS!!!! Or be prepared to shell out LOTS of money to fix their cars.

>>DO NOT BUY FROM THEM<<

I bought a car from this dealer thinking that I was getting a good deal but there were ALOT of problems with the car. When I went back to see what they would do for me I met another woman who bought a car from them but the vehicle had major defects. They refused to help and were very rude. We were going through a lawsuit against them, luckily, I got into an accident (no injury) and my car was toatlled. So I am getting more than what I paid for back.. These people are shady and disrespectful. Do NOT trust them.
