Very friendly, even when my payment was returned they called and recognized that I'd been a "good paying customer", so they worked with me (I had already paid them so I only had to pay a $15 fee which they said I could pay anytime or even add to a new loan if I wanted). They also don't make you bring in your stub and statement everytime AND you can make your payment by debit over the phone. Convenient, open earlier than most and friendly staff.
