I have to say that this is the best chiropractor I have had! I have seen many different chiropractors through the years and Dr. Chung is the best I have had. I have a lot different problems in my neck from the dumb things we do as kids—rodeo, a bad rappel out of helicopter in the USMC to name a few, and Dr. C is able to adjust my neck and upper back in a manner that brings instant and lasting pain relief. The staff is great, very friendly and professional while being down to earth. All I can say is if you are in the Natomas area and need a great adjustment, come see Dr. Chung!

My experiece lasted with a simple phone call for treatment. After kindly greeting the receptionist I let the girl know that I was in a lot of pain and I would like to talk with someone about it before coming in. I'm a Airline Transport Pilot in town for a few days and needed to be looked over. Everyone knows that you have to pay just to see the doctor and many times with out results. I wanted to make sure that I was coming to see the right kind of dcotor for the type symptoms before wasting one anothers time! The new girl said she did not know if the doctors could call me and I suggested to give her my number to have someone call at another time and then she abrubtly interupted and decided that she did not want to have a simple return call made from a specialist after I mentioned that I would likely not come in for more than a week since I do not live here in Sacremento. She decded with her long term experience with this office that she would tell me to go and take my business elsewhere! The girl told me she was new! After being hung up on 3 times now I have left a message and have yet to recieve a phone call back. I wanted to say for the record that their was no profanity used in the discussion and there was no shouting. Only strict profiessionalism on my part to try and recieve medical treatment. I just wanted to say that I have been a Pilot for many years and have had pleasure to pilot for a large Chiropractic Office of whom today are many freinds! I will let the whose who know about this sad fiasco and will report this to the Association of American Chiropractors or what ever the name is of the association.
