Moved to citibank last year from Wells Fargo. It's alright. Lots of branches but no different than basic bank. Parking ok at this branch.

I cannot believe that such a burglary banking business could be in existence! Not only do they charge you fees for everything that you do (ATM, Debit, Credit, Account Balance Inquiries, etc.), they also charge you fees for doing nothing! Nada, as in zip! And to make matters worst, they don't even have the courtesy to ASK YOU prior to applying those fees. No, it's simply "fees applied, no questions asked." And since Citi Bank locations tend to often be ATM machines, it makes you wonder: why aren't the ATMs programmed to let you know about those hidden fees? What, do they just CHARGE you without giving you notice? That's just simply terrible, little more towards evil if one wishes to think that way. Folks, if you want an honest banking service, stick to another banking business. Citi Bank is filled with crooks, and boy, they are piled high to the roof!
