I was sent here to take a Boarder Patrol exam for the Federal Gov. I arrived 10 minutes early as instructed and there was a line in the hall. The guy up front had already been in, gotten the restroom door code and was told to wait outside. We waited til 22 mins after our appointment time. Then the guy inside came out to yell at us, inform us we failed, and that it was not his job to come out into the hallway and get us. He was very unprofessional, confrontational, and loud. It also seemed very premeditated since during the 22 mins he called his boss, got his story strait with him, and had the phone number he wanted us to call ready for us to complain. I will avoid this place in the future, I would advise that you do as well.

If you get an error message after taking your test(s) and hitting the submit link, don't believe the "proctor" when he tells you, "Yeah, thats fine." Months later I find out my score didn't send, nobody is at that center to answer my calls, and I'm going round and round calling the corporate testing center each day. If you get an error message, and an unconcerned person running the center, take a picture of the screen so you have proof you were at least there.

Horrible experience. 57 minutes into my 1.5 hours COMPASS test the male working at the test center came into the room and said I have 3 minutes left. I said the instructions say the test is 1.5 hours and he went out. 5 minutes later he came in and stopped the test. I told him I was told when I registered to report 30 minutes early for my 1.5 hours math test, which I did. He said they gave me the wrong information and that he didn't care what my registration printout said and that the test was only 1 hour long. He said this has been a problem in the past and continues to be a problem. I asked him why didn't he tell me the test was only 1 hour before I started taking the test in case I thought it was 1.5 hours (since it has been a big problem in the past) and he said that it wasn't his job to tell me. In fact, he said that he didn't even have to talk to me!!! If I have to drive to another city to avoid this test center I will do it.
