I am a Certified PC Technician

I am here to provide those around me with as much of my knowledge as I can and to provide the best service possible. My goal is to change how the industry is ran, to make sure those who don't understand aren't taken advantage of or treated as if they aren't worthy of their technician. Too many times have I heard horror stories about someones personal technician. Most have the same pieces in it; He's not very nice, he's impatient with me,  I don't understand what he did to my computer,after he left I started having this issue, and it ends with but he's my personal technician and he always fixes the issues I have and I don't know a thing about computers. While you may not know about them you should still be treated with respect!

I am a PC person!

I am a college student looking to support myself on my way to starting an everlasting company.

I have always enjoyed solving the issues computers have thrown at me.

Customer Service, Dependable, and Trustworthy are the words I find most important.
