I needed new glasses and my old prescription had expired. I went to Costco, but the wait was too long. At the insistence of a friend, (but with some hesitation), I went to this location an older shopping plaza in the heart of Sacramento's "Little Saigon" district.



Much to my surprise, the interior was modern and clean, and equipped with the same up to date equipment I would expect to find at a more upscale location. I walked in without an appointment, but after filling out medical history forms, I was taken straight to the examination room.



The Optometrist who examined me was very professional, kind and patient. He took extra time to explain the details of my condition and what I should expect over the next few years. He spoke perfect English. ( I assume he grew up in this country and went to medical school here.) There was a decent selection of frames in the reception area, but I had already chosen frames elsewhere, so I took my prescription and left.



By the way. The exam cost $10.00 less than I would have paid at Costco. I give this business a triple A plus Five Star rating. That is why I spent so much time writing this review.
