Dr. Bhatti misdiagnosed my cat with corneal ulcers, first from trauma, then, from bacteria, when, in fact, he had a common, simple VIRAL condition.

He prescribed copious amounts of antibiotics, shots, ointments, drops, and collar. My cat has, "eosinophilia keratitis of both eyes, a process of abnormal inflammatory response and is linked to herpes VIRUS infections" diagnosed finally at UC Davis. NOT bacterial, NOT corneal ulcers.

My cat had plaque building up in both eyes, soightly, in one eye, when he was first examined by Dr. Bhatti. He was discharged as "cured", and to schedule a return visit to clean his teeth. Worse a month later, both eyes, MORE ANTIBIOTICS.

I scheduled him, first opening at UC Davis Veterinary Teaching Hospital on August 15, not the Vet Dr. Bhatti recommended, although I did call, and they had no appointments until mid August, as well. My cat would need to wait 6 more weeks.

How could he miss such a simple diagnosis?

I pray this doesn't happen to another.

We just moved to Sacramento and found this vet,A very good doctor and staff.My dog Marley likes Dr Bhatti,he has lo of love and patience for him.

So this is the best vet I have been to.

We are going there from last 6 yrs.I trust the doctor & staff.
