As usual, Enterprise did an incredible, professional job with our recent trip to Sacramento. We will continue to utilize their great service!

We rented a SUV for a week. The service was great, they even upgraded us for the same amount then what we had pick online. It took about 10 minutes to get the car and drive off. The rep that assisted us was very kind and helpful. I was very impressed with the service we received and would recommend Enterprise anytime!

We flew from Florida to Sacramento to meet my wife's brother, who was flying from Seattle. We had reserved a Dodge grand caravan because we each had Chrysler mini-vans and love the space and familiarity. We got what we ordered. It was clean and operated perfectly for our 8 days there. We couldn't have been happier. The rate for the vehicle was less with Enterprise than we saw elsewhere for a minivan. We will continue to use Enterprise for future trips. David L.

Smooth rental. Truck was dirty when issued and I mean covered in North California red dirt dust. Which was fine with me as that was exactly where I was taking it. Up into the dirt roads for two weeks. I was given a 1/2 tank of fuel allowance for my trouble. They did offer another (clean) truck though.

No matter the town, I always pick up a car rental from Enterprise when visiting Anywhere, America. Always superb service; never a long processing time.

Fine selection CHEVY Cruse, and a bit slow on bringing the car to me . All was well and FAST at return. thanks.

Over the past 5 years I've made several trips for business and each and every time the crew has gone out of their way to make sure I'm happy with my reservation. Of all the airports I've rented from, Sacramento is one of the best Enterprise locations! Thanks a bunch!

I have rented from Enterprise several times from multiple location throughout the US. My experience at Sacramento was by far substandard. The counter person just kept trying to sell my upgrades and argue with me over waiving the additional insurance, not taking advantage of the gasoline offer and not upgrading my vehicle (which was already a full size for only two people). At one point I literally had to stop the conversation and ask him why he was arguing with me about not taking the upsell. It was ridiculous. I won't be using Enterprise again for my travel to Sacramento again.

Had a wonderful experience with Enterprise... The manager John M. Has exceptional customer service. I'm a lifetime renter of Enterprise.. John went above and beyond kudos to you...

Enterprise Sacramento did a very good job. The only negative was the amount of time I had to wait for someone to show me to the car.

I recently had occasion to rent a car from Enterprise. We picked up the car from the airport here in Sacramento. The young man who assisted us was really pleasant. However, he did not perform any visual inspection of the car when we drove it away. Additionally, it was covered in waterspots and the rims were filthy. I was told they are using a water saving car wash; hence, the spots. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. By the way, the law firm I work for represents Enterprise, i.e., renters who have accidents.

Always a pleasure doing business with Enterprise. I especially appreciate their walk-around inspection before releasing the vehicle to the renter. This assures that both parties are aware of the vehicle condition and eliminates any surprises when returning the car.
