When I found Enzo Auto Sales, through cars.com, as a buyer in VA, I felt a little more secure doing business on the opposite coast seeing Enzo’s website advertise that they are “dedicated to customer satisfaction” and claimed to be recognized as “among the best in quality, reliability, value, and customer satisfaction.” I should have gone with my first gut instinct and steered clear of them! Enzo took me for a nightmare ride! Dealing primarily with Joseph, who is part owner, I learned that they did have the car I was looking for at a price I could live with; however there were some problems with the tires and brakes which needed repairs. Joseph assured that the repairs would be done, but then when I asked for receipts and proof of the repairs, he stalled, refusing to send the receipt for the work. When I asked for photos of the new tires on the car, he sent me pictures of everything BUT the tires. On top of this snow job to try to distract me from the fact I still did not have proof the agreed upon repairs had been done, it got worse! Joseph and I agreed on a price and he said the car was mine, that he would fax the paperwork to me. I obtained a cashier’s check for the loan amount, made out to Joseph, and waited. No paperwork came through, so I called Enzo, with Joseph’s check in hand. Eddy answered the phone and informed me that my car, which had been verbally guaranteed to me and which I had gotten funds drawn up to pay Joseph for, had been sold right out from under me to someone else! I was confused and explained to Eddy that I had the check in hand for the car and was only waiting for Joseph to fax the documents to me, that the car couldn’t be sold, as it had been already promised to me. Eddy got very rude and told me, a Christian father of five, to F – off! I was shocked, especially since this dealer claims to pride themselves on customer satisfaction. I am definitely NOT satisfied. I felt it only fair to warn other people to stay away from online sales of Enzo Autos. They are neither trustworthy, nor reliable, and leave the online buyer very dissatisfied. I regret ever wasting my time dealing with Enzo Auto Sales in Sacremento.CA and wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy.

The car I bought from them broke down 10 days latter!!!
I had to spend $ 7000 to fix it. then one year latter new problems came up. Long story short they sold me an unreliable car and did not care. Also one year latter the dmv still thinks I own my old car witch i traded in to them. My suggestions is go some were else.
