After many phone calls, i finally got them to send out the parts i ordered. Opened the box and they sent the wrong parts. Called them 4 times trying to straighten this out, but they first told me they were short handed, put me on hold and never came back, then just hung up on the last 2 calls.

Typical junk yard crap - think they have gold or are indepensible - WRONG. No wonder they have to do business with more than one name (FerrParts, Ferrari Parts Exchange, West Coast Ferrari, and who knows what else). The Ferrari Parts Exchange website has pics of stuff they don't even have ! They post the same items with different prices under these different companies' names ! Stay clear of these animals and shop the other eBay vendors.
