I've been waiting a lifetime to find an environment like Fitness Rehab! All the instructors are amazing and continue to push me! Fitness rehab is your one stop shop. Bootcamp, strength training, spin and my favorite Heightened Yoga! This is the only studio that uses the unique core and upper body strength accompanied by traditional yoga techniques while your feet are suspended in straps. Friendly for all levels, check it out!
