They are lucky they even got a one star from me, I had the worst experience with their automobile which is a first for me., they are unprofessional among other things that could potentially shut them down. Their cars only work for a while until you have them for several weeks, then they start to have major issues. The cars are lemons, beware, my wife noticed a bad knock in the engine which made the car stop at times and we are always up on maintenance. they sale bad cars. I truly believe that their reviews are fake, trust me. no one is that good, and they are far from good. your better off somewhere else.

i bought a 2002 volvo s80 twin charged from this lot at first i wanted a fancy expensive car but the manager talked to me for awhile an knew i had a baby on the way and traveled for work he printed out multiple safety ratings and valuable info about some of the cars that would be a good fit for me. I ended up going with the volvo (by the way awesome car) i had a previous repo and all kinds of financial issues and the manager there didn't judge me or turn me down he literally spent hours with me doing anything an everything he could(includng sending a employee to get my pregnant fiance food and drinks while he was working with me) he worked with me and he took care of me and got me into the car. he was laid back it was relaxing i didnt feel pressured an i felt comfortable buying the car. it has now been 5 months since i got the car i have had no problems at all and the manager has called me a few times through out since i got the car to check up make sure everything is ok and good on the car (good customer service!!) i have now sent 3 friends here to buy cars and he has got all 3 of them into cars and they will all say the same thing and i will continue to send business here and i will always come back to do business in the future. overall it was a good experience i recommend anybody to come here it is a small lot that is kind of hidden but you wont be let down they are great down to earth real people that will work with you and take care of you awesome place!!! I absolutely LOVE flyby Auto.. they really hooked me up. I just bought a new BMW 2002.. nice n clean!!!. The dealers there are so much fun and the ad they post are 100% TRUE.. "Your job is your Credit" Yes I HIGHLY recommend EVERYONE that's looking for a Nice reliable car to Go there n Check them Out!!!! They are located in sacramento. on Auburn right next to Pure motors in the same parkingLot in the Back. Yes it's in the cuts but check them Out:) you will be very Satisfied and leave there wit a Big Smile on your Face:)... garentee
