Provided by YP.comI was talking to a long time customer of the Fountain of Health (which I didn’t know at that time) after complaining of being tired, sluggish, very little energy in spite of much rest, body producing lots of mucus, to just name a few (I have lots of health issues). As various types of cleanses were discussed during this particular conversation, he recommended the Fountain of Health. He assured me that I would be in good hands. Because I was sick and tired of being sick and tired, I immediately made the call which was in April 2009.
It began with a series of colonics. But what I found most amazing was that while I was having those colonics, I was continuously being educated not only with the colonics process, but what I was putting into my body, how I was eating/chewing my food, the amount of food I was eating, preparation of food, and how different illnesses in my body can heal when I change my damaging behavior. Though nervous and skeptical about all of it, it was truly the beginning of life changing experiences that followed and continues. I have had messages, attended several nutrition classes, buy my supplements, etc. I have recommended family, friends, and co-workers, and they, as well, have not been disappointed. I thank God for the Fountain of Health and the person that referred me.

Provided by YP.com3 years ago I was tired, bloated and had no energy. That's when I found the Fountain of Health and learned about the benefits of colonics. I love going there because you get education along with the colonic. They are not looking to simply treat your symptoms, but to assist your body with healing. I learned a lot about digestion and how important it is to chew my food! After my first colonic, the bloating in my stomach when down and as I had more done I noticed an increase in my energy. After that I was hooked and have been getting colonics ever since. I've had several hydrotherapists work on me and find them all to be skilled and knowledgable. My most recent colonic was done by Dawn last week and I had a wonderful experience. The Fountain of Health has helped me regain my health and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to feel better and have more energy!

Provided by YP.comSince 2007, I have had, well, shall we say, challenges with my health. After going to the doctor on a variety of occasions to identify the cause of my psoriasis and persistent allergy issues, and not getting to the root of the matter, I decided to pursue internal cleansing. I did plenty of research about cleanses, colonics, eating, food, and diet and how it related to skin conditions and allergies. I went to Fountain of Health for food classes, nutritional supplements, and to try my first colonic treatment. The education I received was stellar. Before my colonics I was shown the exact process that would occur and was told what would be happening. What a magnificent way to provide comfort to someone who had never done this before.
The results of going to them were tangible: my allergies were relieved, I changed my diet and learned how to better consume food to support my whole system (no more swallowing food whole!) and my skin conditions were alleviated.
I've been very happy with using their services and products.

Provided by YP.comI checked out Fountain of Health in January 2007. I had a series of colonics along with nutritional counseling. I found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had the same colon-hydrotherapist for the first year until she moved away. Since then I have had colonics from 3 different therapists and while there were some difference in their techniques, I always had good results. I never experienced bloating or cramping and often felt somehow lighter when I left.
The nutritional counseling was extremely worth-while. It was at Fountain of Health that I learned about the problems with the "SAD" Standard American Diet. I learned about digestion - guess what people, it begins in the mouth, so you have to chew your food more than 3 times before swallowing it! I could go on and on about what I learned.
Fountain of Health is one of the few vendors in our area to carry Standard Process supplements - you can do your own research to find out why their products are far superior to most other brands.
I also utilized the esthetician and massage services at Fountain of Health and was satisfied with my results every time. FOH is the first place I had a Thai massage. They also carried a very nice line of skin care products at that time, a complete upgrade for me from what I had been using.
I have had several classes there, and have done several cleanses both individually and with a group. Whenever I get a colonic I get an accompanying service, my favorite being the Light Beam Generator (LBG).
I have recommended Fountain of Health to family and friends and will continue to do so without hesitation.

Provided by YP.comYou know, I'm looking at all of these reviews and I have to say that I've been a repeat customer over the last 5 years and I completely disagree with the comments. I've had facials, Colonics, Massages, Nutritional Guidance and other treatments there and I have to say that this place alone has changed my health (and life) completely. I think if people are nervous or stubborn or are coming in for their first colonic after years of mal-treatment to their body, then their colonic will be not easy - but it does not warrant the arrogance or disrepect written here. If you are serious about changing your health and want a highly experienced staff to tell you how to make over your life, go here. This place is for people who have the will-power to change, not wannabes.

Provided by YP.comI've done massages, classes and colonics there....I've done 3 or 4 colonics there over the last couple of years, each one really bad. I kept giving them another chance. But after the last time, I said, this is it!! Just like the other lady said, the 'slow fill' method, or whatever they call it doesn't work. It just got me bloated with water! and no waste ever comes out! I'm swollen like a blimp after each colonic.
I like the massages and classes though. I'd go back for more of those whenever there's a special on massages

Provided by YP.comI tried Fountain of Health several times. Dawn, the colon therapist proved to be inflexible in her method of delivery, insisting on a "slow fill" that ends in acutely painful cramps and a mad dash to the bathroom. I suggested using periodic release method to avoid buildup but she dismissed me, telling me she'd been doing this for twelve years and knew best. She didn't.

Provided by YP.comMy experience with Fountain of Health has been far from acceptable. First, I've had appointments not recorded, cancelled on very short notice, and cut short. Second, the prices noted on their website were far less than the prices I was charged. Third, the facial I received was far less than advertised---both in time spent and in what was offered. Fourth, they've been sort of...well, dismissive of my complaints. I'm so disappointed, and I don't see how they can stay in business with such shoddy customer service and business practices.
Thank you so much for taking the time to post your review. I am the Client Advocate here at the Fountain of Health, and I am truly sorry for the way you felt you were treated. It is my job to ensure that we are always offering the best quality service to our friends and clients here at the Fountain. I would like if you could give us a call so we may be able to remedy this. There's no reason why a client would leave dissatisfied, so it is in my best interest (and yours)to ensure that you receive the quality experience you deserve. I hope this can help you! And again, I am so sorry your experience with us was anything other than the best.
