Very poor experience; 3 months and still have not received delivery of an in-stock item

We have had such a poor experience with Furnitalia that it's getting to the point where my wife and I laugh about how ridiculous the situation has been. We put down a deposit to hold a table that was in stock back in March, 2008. In June, 2008, we told Furnitalia to go ahead and ship the item. We are now in late September, 2008, and we still have not received our item. I know that several customers will state that it usually takes a long time to receive contemporary furniture, but the reasons are typically that the furniture had to be custom built by the factory. In this situation, the table was in stock in the U.S. and should have arrived in just a few weeks. I would NEVER recommend this vendor to anyone.
