Really, really bed people and services. No professionals, no respondsobility for mistake. This people just make many, they don't know just couple easy words like sorry. This was my last time with this bed, bed company.

They know how to get you the best deal, You cant find a better place to get you the cheapest prices. They are really good, and fast. Really nice customer service.

Called them to book my ticket. Very unprofessional attitude, bumping me from one agent to another without warning. Finally got to speak with someone who gave what sounds unbelievable price. Assured me to call me back later to confirm it - no confirmation hours later. Called back, never was able to speak with that person. Left messages, no one ever returned the call. Ended up buying on the web myself. Awful service!

very disappointing service! be careful! they're LYING about their agent fees!!!! I'll never use their service again!
