Provided by YP.comDan at Geekman is the best! My computer froze up and I couldn't get it to do anything. I called geekman and Mr. Dan came out that same day and got me back up and running! He was very knowledgable and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder to try and learn while he was working. He charged me a flat rate for the repair but spent some additional time with me showing me how to use my software and back up my files. I'm not super computer literate and having a pro spend time with me was priceless, and he didn't charge me any more for the lesson!
True customer service is rare these days, and this is one company that still knows how to deliver it.
