My husband and I moved here this year and we love it! Friendly people, beautifully maintained and plenty of activities for everyone.

The best senior mobile home park in Sacramento. This is resident owned community, no rentals, no RV's. Member/residents keep up their homes and a professional landscaping company maintains the parks landscaping along with the 18 hole par 3 executive golf course. No cost to play golf. Many of the homes back up to the beautifully maintained golf course. Large clubhouse, two swimming pools (one is heated) and a large spa. After a small initial one time buy in of $5,600 you can live here for the unbelievable monthly dues of $397. That includes garbage, sewer and water. You only pay for electricity, gas and cable. The average monthly space rent for a mobile home park in Sacramento is $550 plus garbage, sewer and water. Come check out this amazing gem that is Sacramento's best kept secret.
