I went into this salon because it use to be great clips. I grew up in Sacramento my entire life and I thought I give a try with layers. Well there was a Indian lady there and she started from the back so I couldn't quite see what she was doing. Put it this way they don't blow dry or style your hair, they send u on your way so by time you get home and do it yourself, you can see the mistakes. I cried for 2 days straight because she chopped away at my hair and its so short if I go any shorter I will look like a boy! For you women, Never go there! I had beautiful hair and Now it will take forever to recover
