Great way to travel if you can't fly. It is much slower but it does have a bathroom and the seats are comfortable.

No answer at any time of day. Poor customer service and this number DOES NOT match the one on greyhound.com which is normally hit or miss. The greyhound website number is listed as 916-444-6858 for main and 916-444-5655 for baggage..

I hate Greyhound bus. I'm going to LA and it's an hour late. They are unorganized and very unprofessional. It's very rude how the workers and drivers do not tell us a time Estimation of when the bus will be arriving. 05/04/15
