Couldn't be happier living here the past year! As a young female professional, it's important that I'm at ease coming home. I feel safe in this park because people are courteous to each other, although most people keep to themselves which is fine with me. maintenance takes care of the park every day, I see security cameras on every lane, and it's gated all around. Best of all, I can live with my two dogs!

very nice quiet little park. been living here for 2 years. better lot rent rates than other parks, neighbors are nice and courteous, shaded trees, easy drive to work, only park with a secured gate in the area. Stan's a great manager. I wish there was a swimming pool...

cats have over run park, (stinks), cockroach infested trailer, delapidated trailer, (see photos} park rules, not enforced. re: pets (cats). Prostitutes, drug addicts, dealers, readily available 24-7, ignored by mgmt. rating terrible, save your $
