CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:30am

DO NOT make reservations or pick up a car at this location. Twice now I have showed up ready to pick up my car and be on my way to my destination and they inform that they don't have the type of car I reserved, causing me to have to drive out to the Rocklin location. And the employee had the audacity to be rude to me and act like I was wrong for being upset that I had to go out of my way and take an extra hour to be on my way. I even called the day before to confirm they would have the car for me.

Also very bad customer service at the Rocklin location. The Branch Manager didn't even offer an apology for our inconvenience.
