Mostly retired law enforcement and they all grow and sell pot that's all they do bad review bad place to live.

To the previous reviewer, until you have walked in the shoes of the manager for many years, I'm afraid you don't know what you are talking about. People who don't like to follow rules that are in place for everyone, are usually the complainers. You don't even live in the park, so how could you possibly know what's happening? I managed that park for 26+ years and I take exception to the bias that you show and the nasty remarks. When I arrived in the park in May of 1983, it was a bad place to live and over the years we brought it up to much higer standards and it was a great place to live. There will always be complaints by someone, but they do not speak for the majority. I retired from the park 2 1/2 years ago and moved out of town and I can tell you the park has gone downhill rapidly and in that time since I left there have been 3 different managers and they could not handle anything correctly. The tenants were up in arms with the new management and more than one asked me to return. So get real, I have no clue who your girlfriend was but probably not one of my better residents while I was there. Have a nice life......because I sure am.
