Saturday morning of January 16, I called this location to ask the rate to send stuff to Vietnam. A lady answered my phone in a very grouchy voice. I asked her the rate to send stuff to Hochiminh city. She rudely asked me "Where?" By the way, we were speaking Vietnamese and I lived 25 years in Vietnam. After she told me the rate I thought it's a bit higher than the place I know so I commented on that, instead of telling me Hoa Phat Service is better than the other places, she told me to use services at other places. I know their services through friends and radio, they are supposed to be good. I knew on the radio the other day that they had a promotion during these days so I asked about that. She said she didn't know and hang up the phone!! I am so shocked at how rude and unprofessional she is!! Hoa Phat shouldn't hire her at the front desk dealing with customers.
