Just purchased a Toyota Tundra from this dealership. We had a very good experience with the staff and we looked at several other dealerships for the same truck but the other dealerships inventory was not nearly as nice as the cars they had. My husband got the Carfax report and now we are happy owners of a great running truck with low miles. They aslo were able to get the lowest rate on our warranty. With regard to Industry Motors of Sacramento; my advice; do not do business with them! I wouldn’t be surprised if people considered them dishonest. I was interested in a car and wanted to have an independent mechanic look at it. Asaad Kaddourah said they had already done an inspection and implied I really didn’t need to take it somewhere else. I did anyways. The mechanic said the front and rear brake pad were above 45% worn and not road safe and indicated that he was surprised that a dealer would be selling a car in that condition. He also said the rear tires were worn out and they were not road safe. There were a few other items, but the safety issues were a big concern. I have documentation of the condition of the vehicle. When I called Asaad back the same day he said he already sold the car and I was out the $60 to have a mechanic look at it. Companies that do this are unethical, dishonest and should be fined by the proper authorities. I am very alarmed that a car that was inspected by this dealer, Industry Motors in Sacramento would sell a vehicle with brakes that were past limits and considered unsafe. Additionally the rear tires were also considered unsafe. Don’t purchase from these guys, businesses like these need to close down!! When customers stop buying their cars they will close.
