Provided by YP.comI am ecstatically happy with Jay's Carpet Care. He arrived promptly at our scheduled time with a bright and vibrant friendly smile. I was Amazed how he brought life back into my 10 year old carpet. Very professional, kind, and courteous. Did I mention efficient? He not only throughly cleaned my carpet, he deodorized and sanitized it too! I must give the highest rating for Jay's Carpet Care! A+ and a Thumbs up!

Provided by YP.comProperty manager. A tenant used Jay’s carpet care. I viewed carpets; It appeared as if the carpets had not been cleaned when I looked at them. I thought maybe the tenant is pulling a fast one and just wrote some hand receipt. Receipt had this #916-572-6109. It is a google phone with no greeting.
My suspicion grew. I found the number to Jay's Carpet Care on the internet. When I asked if he did the job he got defensive. Stated he was the best carpet cleaner in town etc. PS. I mentioned to him there were no carpet lines. He told me that's "because ive been doing this 30+ years." Very defensive. I did look at some photos of jobs he posted. Many of the carpet cleaning samples that he posted showed carpets that were cleaned and had the typical cleaning lines.
After thinking about this, I was sure this carpet was not touched. I texted him a professional note stating that I just wanted to know if the tenant hired him. It is possible the tenant is being fraudulent I wrote. He called the tenant, not me. (this answers the question if he did do the carpets). The tenant called me. Said he found him on craigslist. I told tenant he did a poor job. Tenant apologized.
Two others looked at the carpets and dittoed my sentiment...it was not cleaned...looked like it was vacuumed. I sent my preferred carpet cleaner there (David's Carpet Care) and he said it was not cleaned. He pulled up dust, pieces of paper etc. I do have photos.
It doesn't matter how many people you had look at the carpet and dittoed you if you were not there to witness what happen you can not say what happen! I have hundreds of clients who can verify that I do an honest days work for an honest days pay! My opinion is you are way to full of yourself. Because the carpet didn't have the usual pie marks they were not cleaned? I beg to differ but that's what separates me from others, I know how to clean without leaving marks because I'm a professional! My hand written invoices is they way I do business because I'm the boss! You sir need to mind your own business and stop telling me how to run mine! "after thinking you were sure the carpet was not touched". If I were you I wouldn't do to much thinking because if you were not there how can you say what was done? You mention to me there were no carpet lines! Who's the cleaner you or me? Like I said "mind your own business! Unless you can honestly say you witness that no work was done you need to zip it!

Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service. Even if I had to reschedule he didn't have to be rude about it he could of kept it business like. I've added photos of the conversation between him and I. Very unprofessional and rude. If his customer service is this way I wander how his work is conducted and if those are really his pictures posted for advertisement.
Adding on to this post it's now 11:02am and he send me another text messages telling me about how he brought his supplies to come do this job but your the one who says you don't need it and was very rude about it when I needed to reschedule. You could of kept it business like and rescheduled or politely decline your services but you didn't and that would of been that. But you are now harassing me. DONT TEXT MY PHONE. Keep your comments online and if you hadn't notice this is public so this allows me to review you freely it's my constitutional right but you texting my phone considered harassment.
I am a good person and I treat my clients with honor and respect. I confirmed this appointment with this woman and had to pick up supplies and gas to take care of the job. Right as I was headed to the job she calls to reset. I tried to explained to her that for me to come out there was a long way and I didn't appreciate me going to get gas and cleaning supplies and at the last minute she calls to reset. I was not rude, it's just that I'd had enough of her changing at the last minute which is why I told her to call somebody else and leave me alone. She talks about my terrible customer service. But she doesn't mention why my customer service was bad. Some people want to point the finger but never want to say what caused the reaction. She kept changing the time when she wanted the job done and I finally had enough which was why I told this woman to leave me alone. She went to the BBB saying that she was my client. I responded to BBB by letting them know that she was not a client of mine and by saying she was, was a bold face lie!
