Purchased a recliner, loved it not like any others I've seen, this chair was larger then most and great material . Several years later lever broke to open chair, was lucky that company i bought chair from, gave me a number to call, the person I spoke to was so nice, they found what I needed and it's on the way at no charge to us. Great to see there are still great company's out there. Friend saw chair and bought one too. Now I just hope I become ms.fix it. Jan m.

About four years ago, I purchased a Kian USA Sectional sofa. It was sold to me as "Top Grain Leather". I am disappointed in that the salesman lied to me because the material is peeling and it is anything BUT leather. I am equally disappointed that I would spend over $2,000 and the quality of the material was so poor that it wouldn't even last 5 years. I would just like to say that this is without a doubt the poorest quality of furniture that I have ever purchased and to top it off when I tried to call the number given online, it is a fax number so I can't even talk to anyone. Warning- DO NOT EVER BUY ANY FURNITURE MADE BY KIAN USA!!!

One of the Best Motion companies I have ever worked with. Their quality is good, and the Price is just right. They have professionally repaired any Item that has been damaged, even if it is not a factory defect. I really suggest them

Looks great, feels great, sells great. Breaks down fast and they only take care of warranties if it is convenient for them. Had many many problems with their management and how they handle problems. I sold from them for just over a year and have had many many warranty issues. I sent one piece back to them for repair and had it returned back to us in worse condition. I would recommend you buy from anyone else but them.

Not sure what the other review is about, but as a local retailer in California, I have been carrying Kian USA for years, and have found their products to be top notch, and their warranty/service to be second to none! They've never failed us, and I would recommend their products to anyone! I have a set of their sofa/loveseat in my own house!! A++ DEALER!
