Awesome customer service walked in looking to repair a screw that was missing out of my Ray-Bans they probably replaced it for free very friendly definitely recommend going there and purchasing internet pair of shades.

They have a notch optometrist here, she was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. The staff also helped me to receive a rebate coupon which helped!

I was very impressed by Lenscrafters' thoroughness of their exams. They did a scan of my entire eye(s), along with the standard tests for glaucoma, etc. They showed a 3-D rendering so I could see any anomolies and explained what they were seeing. Much more thorough than any eye doctor I've ever seen. I highly recommend Lenscrafters.

This location is horrible!



I had scheduled an appointment the previous day and after waiting 30 minutes and noticing customers that came in after me were being assisted, I knew something was wrong. When I went to the check in desk, associates kept walking by me and the employees would just stand there and not ask if I needed help. After I confronted a employee and asked if I could receive assistance she replied "one minute". I then informed her that I had an appointment and was waiting. They then realized they messed up and were all pointing the finger at one another. I then informed them I wanted to cancel the appointment.



I called the manager and she was as clueless as the employees she manages. She said she would look into it and said "I hope you have a better day".



Completely, a waste of time at this location. If you have lots of time to waste and want to be around less than average employees then this is the place to visit!

The customer service leaves a great deal to be desired! I was initially assured that I would have my glasses in two hours. I was then told that they needed to be sent to another location to have the lenses ground but that I would probably have them within a week. Three weeks later...no glasses. I have had only two out many promised phone calls returned. The last I heard was that they have had to make the lenses three times as they failed inspection for quality. I would not recommend this site. I am still waiting for my glasses.
