This company has been a nightmare from the gate. Tried to charge extra before the window of providing proof of insurance was passed. When I called they were absolutely rude and lacked general knowledge of their own processes. I had them confirm several times before I submitted the paperwork that the fees would be reversed once they had received. Then I get a letter stating that they will add a fee to the end of my loan. When I went to make a payment online they charged me extra again and tried to blame the state of California which is not only untrue but is just unnecessary deception. I am currently looking into recourse against this company. They need their license revoked as they clearly do not conduct business with integrity or ethics.
