I would have to say that this was my very first time stopping by here after having lunch over at Pho Saigon Bay so decided to grab some boba on my way back home. Let me just say that I'm very disappointed at this place and I'm never coming back here again. Yes! It was THAT horrible. I understand how busy it was especially on a weekend but there was like 6 freakin girls working there and NOBODY was at the cashier register taking orders. I stood in front of the cash registers for over 5-10mins and none of the workers even acknowledged that there was other customers waiting to order. It was pretty pathetic so I just took off and decided to head over to Tapioca Express in Natomas where I was at and WHAT DO YOU KNOW? There was a few workers too at Tapioca Express and only 1 register but there was always someone there taking orders. You guys need to prioritize seriously!

I'd recommend this Lollicup to everyone who is interested in trying different drinks. They provided me with excellent informative advice and services to the different types of drinks. They are very friendly and welcoming. My first time at this place was very pleasant. This is a warm and very family oriented place ideal for family and friends to sit down for a nice cool drink and chat. The drinks were very refreshing, tasty and enriching. They do not make it until the order is placed. Anyone who is open to trying new exotic shakes, teas and yogurts I'd recommend trying this location.
