Provided by YP.comWe bought a used Toyota Tundra from M&S Auto and we can not say enough about the customer service we received! We first dealt with Mike in sales who truly makes you feel like family. He was warm, knowledgeable and always smiling throughout the whole process. There was an overheating issue with the truck and they worked with us until it was fixed. It took multiple times to get it right, but Lance, Mike and Mohamed were determined to get it fixed, and to take care of us during the whole process. At one point they even got Gus the general manager involved to explore other options if the overheating could not be fixed. We have never experienced such support and customer service-they are a gem in the used car world! We found them through the USAA car buying service, and wow, can't say enough! Thank you M&S Auto! PS we love the red truck 😁👍

Provided by YP.comWent in looking for a 4 Runner, they had what I was looking for. Daniel was very helpful, very informative, had knowledge of the vehicle. Was no pressure to buy, just answered all my questions. Found a few minor issues with the vehicle, they went above and beyond to take care of the issues I found before I drove it off the lot. Tony, the manager stepped in and made sure I was happy with the warranty on the vehicle, we negotiated terms I was More than satisfied with. I went in feeling that I was paying a little to much for the vehicle, and walked away feeling like I got one hell of a bargain! Definitely recommend going to M&S if you are looking for a car! Ask for Daniel, he kept in contact with us after hours, to keep us informed on what was going on, and also to answer the questions that randomly popped into my head! Very polite and well mannered. Worth the drive to Sacramento for sure!

Provided by YP.comI brought a 05 buick for $8500 i was only able to get a little over 3000 miles before i started having trouble with transmission i call and spoke with Mike he informed me that since its been over 31 days they cant help me i wound think since i paid cash fkr yhe car that they try and help rectify the situation but no before purchasing the car they was quick to quote the Bible and talk about family but now that they got your money they're not willing to help and cut all ties

I purchased a 2007 Lexus with 88,000 mile, they said that NOTHING was wrong with the car, well you guessed my car started to have check engine light problems 3 weeks after I purchased the car. I took it in and they fixed it to last 3 more weeks, and the check engine light with tracking control light went on again. This time they said they cannot fix it because it was purchased as is. Well they only reseted the check engine light. I took the car to a legitimate dealer and they said I need a head gasket total cost $6K. By the way, a head gasket does not get broken from one day to another. It takes several attempts for it to give out. This car has only been in my possession 8 months. And I have already spent $4K on it. PLEASE don't purchase anything here, they knew about this problem and they only reseted the light their mechanic is shady too. Don't lose your money like I did.

I did a ton of research online before actually going in. I was on a mission to find my next baby - a white Audi A4. I found three in the area, M&S was the third and final stop. Others, who I won't mention, were a bit sketchy - the usual stuff - not wanting to share the Carfax, not answering my questions, pushing me to other cars.
Eddie and M&S Auto was the opposite, I could tell right from the beginning my experience was going to be different. I parked and was attended to right away, I told Eddie I was looking at their 2009 Audi A4, he found that it was at their mechanic shop around the corner, he ran over and brought it back for me. While I was waiting I hung out in their lounge where I was offered drinks and donuts (multiple times) and, requested to see the Carfax, which they happily supplied.
Eddie brought the car upfront for me. We went for a drive, he answered all my questions - there was a few he didn't know for sure and he ACTUALLY REMEMBERED to answer them later!
I loved the car but, the airbag light was on - they assured me they would fix it for me at no charge (and they did).
Then came down to the financing - I already had been pre-approved through my Credit Union, PatelCo. Eddie asked if I would like to see if they could get a better rate, I didn't feel comfortable doing so and, he had not problem with it. They were able to work with my Credit Union, faxed over all the documents and all the requested info.
A few days later I noticed that my front driver brake was squeaking. I called them up and they said to just come down and they would take care of it for me... what?? No fighting? I brought it in the next day and they had it done in an hour. I was able to hang out in their lounge and use their wifi to work, so it wasn't a big deal.
I just remember catching myself laughing and enjoying myself for the first time at a car dealership (this is my sixth car)! These guys are so cool and easy going - I never felt pressured or that I was being taken advantage of. Eddie said it best... "you're buying a new car, it should be fun!"

Provided by YP.comI was referred to M&S by a good friend of mine, she had bought her car a couple months ago and had a good experience so I decided to give them a shot.
I went down there on Saturday, it was pretty busy but, they seemed on top of it and I didn't have to wait long. I was really happy with how easy going everyone is, it made me feel really comfortable. They had a pretty big selection so I had fun checking out cars I didn't even think about.
I test drove three cars and settled on Lexus IS. I told them that I was pre-qualified by my bank Wells Fargo, they asked if I'd like to see if they can get a better rate I said ok. They got my rate down from 5.99% to 2.99% so I was pretty happy about that.
The whole process took a few hours but, I guess that's normal. Luckily their place is really nice and the time went by pretty fast. They even let me smoke their hookah :)
So far (three weeks) soooo good, love my baby. Definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had.
