Check out my review on google and yelp. I had a really bad experience -today- to the point where I am posting all of this now.

India is the 1st impression of the place and she is downright rude. Margaret did my hair two times. The first time I told her I wanted the best hair and she gave me cheap crap that kinked and frizzed and was never the same after it was washed. I called and complained and she offered to give me new hair that was supposed to be better. That hair turned to crap too. I'm white with thin hair and she insisted that she had to weave my hair very tight to the point of bleeding and she had no care about putting me through so much pain. Also they talked about white people in a nasty way as though I wasn't even there. She won't get another dime out of me and I will tell everyone I know that she rips people off.

i wish i could give no stars... I went to margarets looking for hair extensions. i had long hair but wanted to thicken it up some...she braided in the extensions then cut off all my hair! even after i made it clear i wanted to keep it as long as possible (even brought and showed her pictures of what i wanted) i dont know what else i could have said to make her understand! not only did My hair that WAS down to my lower back get cut off to almost shoulder length...she put in so many extensions in it looked like i had a cheap wig on..it was so thick and chunky looking not natural at all (i couldnt even put it into a pony tail...) she did the worst job i have ever seen let alone expirienced at a hair salon. i should have known the hair quality and service would suck as soon as i walked in there, most ghetto looking place ive ever been in and they claim to be hair extension experts??? wtf!....i could go on for hours about how awful this place was which is sad because i have never written a bad review online before



luckily she only charged me for the service and forgot to charge me for the hair because i needed that extra money to have it fixed the next day. and on top of every thing while she was doing my hair she talked about how gay marriage was wrong and that her parents wanted her to carry their baby! so freakin weird right?!..... i went to a proffessional salon who too was appauled by what they saw when i came in...but now my hair is great and my close friends cant even tell i got extensions, and i get compliments all the time thanks to sarah at sir gauuans in stockton ca.

You go in looking like a... come out looking like a movie star. I ave seen some amazing changes; I am one. The follow up- is exceptional, all complaints are taken care of quickly and fairly. All in All if you are blessed enough to be directed to this shop, someone supernaturally loves you.



p.s. Margaret continues to educate herself with up-dated information and techniques . I have been exposed to this in her shop. It will truly be an eye opening, positive unforgettable experience
