May 30th. Can't believe the level of unprofessionalism. Or how their mistakes became my inconvenience. They improperly charged my card. Then Grady needed to return the charge an charge again. Causing my bank to cancel card. In the middle of this shit show. I was refused service . The lady even refuse to give my card back. I had to go back through the drive through. An mind at this point. Nothing is open but Mcdonalds a. My wife is calling talking her shit an my people still hungry. So I order again.. almost the same stuff to a t. I proceed to get my card. That wife had to call an fix.get by drinks . Which was in a useless wet drink holder, my food. Not hot . I leave go across the street to tacobell for wife who won't eat at restaurants where we just had all that happen at. An guess what . Best service ever . Guy on mic was a ray of sunshine.
