i am a loyal customer until today!!! i spent $200 today 4/6/2014...bought a jackfruit from the...costs me $24.00...came home and cut it open..it was still green on the inside...hard, no taste...not sweet...was not ripe at all...called to the store to see if i can exchange it for a different one, and was shot down by 4 different people...they kept handing my phone calls to different people who doesnt even speak english, when i specifically asked to speak to the store manager....they all told me they cannot help me because i already cut the fruit open, and once i bought and paid for it i cannot return it...Well how was i suppose to know if its ripe or not at the store?!!!! AND i asked THEIR produce man to pick it for me!!! because i was afraid this was going to happen...not going there again..!!! i have supported them for way too long!!!
