This has been a go-to place for my family for a long time. Their gyros are amazing, and my kids go to town on their pita and hummus.

Don't waste your money! I am ...

Don't waste your money! I am Greek and I was hungry for some Greek food. It takes alot of work in making the Greek dishes. We both had the Avgolemeno Soup. The soup flavor was good however there was suppose to be rice in it. Neither my husband or I got even 6 grains of rice in each bowl. Not exaggerating. I ordered the OPA OPA salad, (Greek salad), it had so much olive oil (no trace of vinegar)on it that my lips would have slipped off my husbands if he had kissed me. There was also no tomato or pepperonccini's on the salad as it states on the menu. Then my husband ordered Spanikopita. Man, they must have used 10 sheets of phylo dough and it did not seem to be layered as it is suppose to be with butter between each layer to get the flakey dough. Then it was warmed up on a flat top instead of an oven, dried out and crusty. The spinach and feta filling was not good either. My husband was glad that he ordered the french fries.

The restaurant is a dive and a cafeteria style. I don't know how the SNR have given them the "Best Greek Award" for four years. The person giving the award must not be Greek and has never really had good Greek food. Trust me if they had they would not have given them this award. They must be a friend.

I told my husband that next time I promise to make the dishes and the soup myself. My husband is not Greek but he appreciates the food being cooked properly. He has not only had my Greek food but he has had it at the Greek Festival so he knows what it is suppose to taste like.

$30.00 for two bowls of soup that were on the small size, greek salad, spanikopita and fries.

Again don't waste your money and save your stomach.
