I had questions regarding how to deal with my mother's property and needed to know if and when I should record new ownership. Upon visiting Jerilyn, I was relieved to find out I had several options I could choose from. I was completely in the dark about the process. She explained the options in laymen's terms and I felt very comfortable leaving her office after only a one hour consultation. I was acting with fiduciary responsibility and was relieved to find out valuable information on my mother's behalf. She even explained about my mother being married for longer than 10 years and being able to collect the same amount in Social Security as my divorced father. This will greatly help her end years as she has sacrificed and not had much money to live on. Jerilyn Paik was worth every penny for the knowledge gained that day.
