First of all they were late but started the clock for when they were supposed to be there anyway.
Heavy boxes of books were stacked on top of boxes CLEARLY marked FRAGILE. They were extremely slow and kept asking what else needed to go (um.. the entire contents of the apartment!!).
My $200 cast iron pan was broken, my bike's brake cable damaged, and a large gouge was put into my carbon fiber bike.
I will not be reimbursed for my losses because the items were not packed in their "original boxes."
