Since 2006, I’ve driven my vintage car under registration only because my title had problems from one of the states I lived in. As I moved to another state and visited their DMV, I would have a new set of actions items. However, by the time I did so, the DMV would have another change. I would also try other registration services. They meant well, but would run into the same difficulties regarding titling. So, I kept driving my car under the same circumstances. Then, a mechanic told me about “Registration Express Group.” I called and emailed my documentation examples, but my expectations were still low, based on my previous experiences. I showed up at opening time just before another customer. I talked to him and let him go first assured that my situation would require the same frustration and heartache as earlier attempts. Not letting him go first would make me feel like the customer that buys all the lottery tickets oblivious to the line behind him. After only about 10 minutes, my turn. I sat down at the desk of “Samantha” (Sam). I didn’t even bother telling her about the title situation consigned just to drive in California the same as I did in the other states. She started working on the computer and after only 20 minutes, I was in possession of: registration; new plates; and to my surprise, a title in the mail. I’m not going to mention the cost because everyone has different circumstances. To me, what I paid was very reasonable compared to the yearly renewal fee, the professionalism, speed, and convenience. Lastly, Sam was the only employee to show up per COVID and this was the only location open in the Sacramento area. Well done Sam, now my vintage car is complete. Thank you.
