The man that works here is very rude and unprofessional. It took two hours from my appointment time to finally get my tattoo.Terrible customer service and experience do not go here. Both my sister and I called and were told we could come in to get our tattoos that day, we show up and he now doesn't want to do the tattoos that day. Fine. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. Even after he acts like we are trying to get over on him for trying to stay in a budget. When we showed up for our appointment he was in the back still working on a tattoo. We waited one hour and twenty minutes. He finally appears; walks right past us with no acknowledgement at all; and goes outside to smoke a cigarette. After he comes back inside also without acknowledging us, he goes to the back again. At this point I began to get frustrated.When he comes back into the room he only talks to the girl at the desk. I said hello we are here, he mumbles that he had seen us and then asked what tattoos we wanted.
